MINI2440の販売サイトで提供されているandroidのカーネルイメージとルートファイルシステムイメージをNAND FLASHに書き込むことでとりあえずはandroidが起動できるようになっています。
1年前に頓挫した状況からは改善されているわけです。
自分で解決できなかったのは悔しいですが、前に進みましょう。

但し、提供されているイメージのサイズは64MB NAND FLASHには書き込めないサイズのため、借り物のMINI2440では簡単には試せません。
とりあえずは手抜きで購入した1GB NAND FLASH版での結果報告です。

以下は起動完了したところ。
シリアルポートの実験のためにコンソール用のCOM0とCOM1を接続しています。
